The 2026 Honda Passport still wears amber TrailSport lamps

Amber daytime running lamps are a TrailSport cue on the 2026 Passport, rather than standard equipment on every Passport. Honda’s U.S. press kit specifies white daytime lighting for RTL and amber for TrailSport models, including TrailSport Elite. That distinction is the practical answer to a photograph showing the new face.

The wider design belongs to the redesigned generation: a long hood, prominent grille, flared fenders and PASSPORT lettering stamped into both the front fascia and steel tailgate. The article’s “still” headline should not be read as a claim that an older Passport carried this same complete treatment. The 2026 body is a redesign, and its lettering and proportions are part of the identification.

TrailSport and TrailSport Elite add a combination of black grille and exterior trim, silver skid garnishes, TrailSport badges and distinct off-road equipment.
